Referral Process

In order to be referred for treatment to the North Cottage Program, you need to be in a Detox or a Holding and a caseworker from the facility needs to call our intake department at Voice/TTY: 508-285-2701 ext. 29. If you are a representative from a Detox or a Holding, you can fax the referral paperwork to 508-285-4711. Attn: Jeremiah Falvey or Jane Wiley. Please call prior to faxing to make sure we are taking referrals.

IMPORTANT: Please be aware that we DO NOT take self-referrals or referrals from friends or relatives.
